read: bombshell
Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 11:28AM It's no secret that I'm a fan of Suzanne Somers. Her books are some of the best health and wellness reads I've found anywhere. She interviews some amazing medical professionals about how to maintain optimum health and age gracefully. The information about cancer and chronic disease is astounding, and the methods these doctors are employing with great success will give you hope and enlightenment for the future. I will use the analogy of traveling the wrong way down a one-way street. This is how it can feel to believe something other than what our orthodox medical society dishes out. Most people can't handle the feeling of forging their own path to a better life, when the pressure is so great to turn the car around and drive in the direction of everyone else. I say, start taking your life - and health - seriously. Stop entrusting it completely to others. At the end of the day, the decision is yours. This book (and her other books as well) will give you the knowledge to see there is a better way. Growing older doesn't have to "suck" - as I hear so often - but that's up to you. I highly recommend this book. If you're just beginning on this wellness journey, I recommend her book, Breakthrough.
